there is a merit for Singaporean - PR couple that you may want to consider if you havn't selected ur unit. p.crest is the last BTO which can escape from $10k additional surcharge from HDB (as the news was annouced in Mar, just after the bto launched)
anyway, the government will still pay back the $10k after you got first kid.
