To assist residents with their financial and employment problems, help is brought nearer to our homes. The new proactive Ground Engagment programme (PGE) from the NE CDC aims :
1. To shorten processing time for residents request for assistance / aid.
2. To obtain referrals to Government and social organisations.
(Work Development Authority) and (Family Service Centres).
