Community Health Screening (CHS) is a national health screening programme that is brought to you for the Health Promotion Board and PAP Community Foundation (PCF). CHS are for residents aged 40 years & above who are Singapore citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents.

The screening covers:
• Body Mass Index (BMI)
• Blood Pressure
• Blood Sugar
• Blood Cholesterol
