Meanwhile, asked if prices of new HDB flats will come down, since those of resale Punggol flats have fallen in recent weeks, Senior Minister of State for National Development Grace Fu said:
"For every project that is launched, we will take the cue from the market. So for every batch that is coming up, if the curent market has adjusted, we will basically adjust the selling price accordingly."
